VSL Nail & Beauty Salon & VSL Urban Retreat Spa Days

Went for a spa day with 6 others, family and friends. From the moment we were met on the driveway we felt totally welcomed by Vanessa and her team. Greeted with tea, coffee and a selection of pastries whilst filling in the forms then shown where we would be chilling for the day. Lovely pool and sauna, we had a great day, nothing was too much to ask for. We all had a treatment, a real selection. Compliments from all my group on the facial, massage, manicures and pedicures that we had. Lunch was great, loads of food and a wide selection. We were celebrating a birthday so we had pre ordered some prosecco with Vanessa as well. Trying to get a date together to book the next spa day!

We had the most amazing spa day yesterday! 6 of us visited as a pre hen relaxation day organised by my lovely mum! Nothing was too much for Vanessa and her team, we were looked after so well all day long! The food was delicious and all our treatments were incredible.. we left feeling like new women! We spent most of our day relaxing in the sunshine being able to cool off in the pool, felt like we were on holiday for the day! Thank you so much Vanessa and team for the most beautiful day! Xxx

Vanessa / VSL were recommended to me for waxing as i needed a last minute appointment before my holiday. From the first communication Vanessa was lovely and so helpful, she managed to fit me in and the treatment areas are really nice and so welcoming. I will definitely be returning when i get home for more waxing and to try out other treatments too, very pleased, thank you :-)

I wasn't happy with my brows & wanted to change the shape & have them tinted. A friend recommended VSL Nail & Beauty Salon. I've now been going to VSL over the last few months and what a gem it is! Vanessa & her team are always so warm & welcoming. Vanessa explained step by step everything she was doing including changing the shape of my brows to suit me. I've never been so happy with the change of shape & tint was perfect. Love my new brows! Thanks Vanessa. Today I was back for a gel manicure with Chelsea. It wasn't made easy for Chelsea as my nails were very short & a little broken. With the weather change too, my hands have been a little sore. Step in Chelsea, and my hands have been rejuvenated with beautiful shaped looking nails, really pleased!! Thank you Chelsea. Would highly recommend VSL, Vanessa and her team are so lovely, can't wait for my next visit 💞

Wonderful salon and spa. Went for a spa day with friends as a birthday treat. The service by Vanessa and her team was perfect throughout. They use good products and the treatments were very well done. Totally professional. They bring regular drinks throughout the day and served the most amazing breakfast and afternoon tea. Attention to detail was there in every corner. This salon/spa is small and intimate. We had it to ourselves with a lovely garden area, swimming pool, relaxation seating and sauna. I would thoroughly recommend this hidden gem.

I have just had my 3rd session of waxing at VSL Nail and Beauty and considering I'm a newbie at the waxing side of things, the professionalism and whole experience at the salon is outstanding. The end to end experience is great from the moment you arrive at the location to the moment you leave. I could not recommend Vanessa and her team enough.

Excellent service at VSL Nail and Beauty Salon. This was my first time to VSL following a recommendation. Kasia did a fabulous job and made me feel super comfortable. I don't usually post reviews but VSL Nail & Beauty Salon deserves the best review ever. I have been going to have my manicure and pedicure done for the last few months and every time I go I feel so relaxed and looked after by Vanessa and her team. I would highly recommend Kasia as she is so precise in her work that for the first time in my life I don't need to redo my nails at home as they are perfectly done. The atmosphere at the Salon is so relaxing that you feel like at home while having a great chat with Kasia. I will definitely be going back. This place is a real gem 💎

I have been numerous times to the spa here, the day spa, and the evening, I cannot recommend enough. What a wonderful pamper experience you can have with your family or friends. It’s so peaceful and relaxing, you can really just switch off.
The ladies are on hand for anything you need, Vanessa really looks after you and makes you feel comfortable. Swimming in the pool, or in the sauna is having lunch al fresco in the garden with bubbles is such a treat. Even the robes and towels are so soft and luxurious, love! Every time I go, I can’t wait to book again! Thank you Vanessa and team you are all a delight 💟
