Relaxation Spa (Luxury Day Spa and Beauty Salon)

This has been worst SPA experience ever for me.

Bad service:
--Wrong name on the receipt;
--Second time, the receptionist thrown the paper away before she even realized it;
--I can claim the treatment back from my insurance company, I have asked SPA to call the insurance company to verify the treatment I had, and I have made over 5 phone calls in one week because no one could do it(just bloody call!!!!)
--They have taken notes of what I have requested three times, because first it was not clear on the paper(it was simply a phone number and name), second time the receptionist lost the note.
--Finally, they have agreed to call, and they have called my number instead of the insurance company.
--and guest what??????? they have told the insurance company the treatment I didn't have!!!what on earth is this??? I had deep tissue and aroma therapy, they told them I had sports massage!!!!!!
--what do I expect? my claim form was declined.

I am furious, and I strongly recommend no one to go to that SPA ever again.

Oh by the way, the deep tissue massage was not great at all, and they let me wait at the reception for one hour after the treatment because no one there to take the payment.

WHAT AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

DO NOT GO THERE.ITS NOT WORTH IT..
