The Spa & Gym at Radisson Blu Edwardian Heathrow Hotel & Conference Centre, London

I love the gym and spa facilities here. The gym is always quiet, lovely to have a peaceful workout and no queuing for equipment. The steam room and sauna again always quiet. I don't make that much use of the plunge pool but it's nice in the summer! Only reason I've dropped a star is because the receptionists are lovely but don't always know what they are doing. Any queries about memberships etc have always taken me three or four visits to sort before someone who knows what they are doing is working! They are all warm and welcoming though, just need a bit more training for members.

Very disappointing. Wanted to book spa treatments for 3 people, with 1 hr facials and 1hr massages. The spa refused to accommodate our group and insisted that even though they employ many therapists and I had given them multiple weeks notice, they would not schedule more than one therapist. meaning that each person would have to go individually instead of as a group.

While Europeans are a lot more cavalier about the human form, I found it shocking that, at a hotel that caters to such an international environment, that the spa area (cold bath, steam room, sauna and relax room) are very co-ed "without any warning". It wasn't that is was co-ed, it was the fact I was not warned. Modesty was just a dropped towel away from dismissal. But, let's not just focus on this.

In the relax room-a space for quiet, to release and prepare for your appointment, a man had his iPad playing -quite loudly- something noisy and annoying. It was this which ruined the whole experience for me.

But, again, let's not focus on this, too much. Overlooking the negatives, this is actually a beautifully arranged location, with excellent services and decent pricing. The massage therapist who worked on me was friendly, loved the job and had yeas of experience. And, there is a wonderful spa discount of £15, when you purchase your room with this credit.

So, if you don't find people rudely using their iPads at the highest decibels, WITHOUT headphones, to be extremely annoying and stressful at the spa, then this place is for you. And, of course, now you are warned of the environment so no excuses.

Me, I am not sure I will return again when a spa, a place of relaxation, allows such nonsense to occur. And, for the record, I actually left the spa interior, in a robe, to inform them. Thus, a no-go from me.

A recurring member after 4 years of absence I can gladly say the gym is not only back at full form it’s even better than ever after with the new manager. A very exclusive spot with plenty of room and equipment is gym is everything you can ask for from the cleanliness to the friendly and welcoming staff. A special shout-out to the manager Ovuis who has exceeded expectations with making me feel like a VIP and listens/resolves my requests/suggestions.

Terrible attitude in the hotel spa, no children allowed at any time which I think is disguising when they are quite ok to accept your money for your children to stay and eat in hotel! There is no where that I have read that it says children aren’t allowed in the pool, if this was the case I would not have told my children that there is a pool! The girl on the desk in the spa was also very rude, I think she needs some customer service training and how to speak to guests! Will not be back, it let’s the hotel down terribly!
This is the 2nd time we have been to this hotel, the first time without children and we couldn’t use the pool and spa then either as it closed due to maintenance. This time because children aren’t allowed in even though they don’t explain this until you are actually stood on the reception to the spa with your swimming costume and 2 very disappointed children in tow!
If this hotel doesn’t want to accommodate families with children make it adult only!

Lovely hotel, decent spa area with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. We were promised robes, however didn't receive them. I booked the room for a birthday and they were nice enough to have a birthday card and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us. Smart TVs with screen mirroring options was a plus. Enjoyed my overall stay

The gym and spa facilities are amazing. The staff are equally as amazing. You are always greeted upon arrival with excellent customer service. Ovuis, the manager, clearly has good management and leadership skills. So if you do come and try the spa or join as a member, be sure to ask for him as he is very friendly and welcoming!

I stayed at this hotel overnight December 11, 2022 so that I could catch my return flight at seven in the morning on December 12. By the time I got back to California on the 12th they had already charged me for another night stay? I have been in contact with this company/hotel via email, phone, and text-while they have promised me my funds will be returned to my credit card about 2 months ago, it still has not been done! They have tossed me around and around and around and there’s no reason why you cannot refund me my $150 that you admit, was wrong in our communication,!They blamed it on international timing? Which is false‼️ I demand a refund on my funds stolen from me by this company who charge me for a night stay when I was not there! Make sure it does not happen to you! As I am still contacting them almost 2 months later! The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!‼️‼️‼️
