Lovely large pool and relaxation area with Jacuzzi and in water loungers. Great facilities inc. the steam room and sauna. We didn’t have time for a treatment but the facilities available were perfect winding down after a busy day sightseeing and shopping.

This is a lovely relaxing spa. The pool is small and in rush hour you will be among many in the jacuzzi and saunas, however the treatment rooms are peaceful and extremely stylish. They give you fluffy robes and flip flops to move around in, or if you are staying at the hotel you can just use the robes from your room. I had a 30 min neck and shoulder massage which was excellent. The changing rooms are really well appointed with showers stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There are dressing rooms with doors if you are shy. Swimming costume spinners will remove most of the water from your swimsuit. Plenty of hairdryers and mirrors for makeup etc. all scrupulously clean. I highly recommend, especially if staying at the hotel, but do book well in advance!

Friendly, helpful staff, beautiful facilities and a really relaxing atmosphere. You need bring nothing but yourself (and your credit card). The pool and relaxation pool are sparkling. Oria gave me a wonderful massage which I really needed. I finished up with a herbal tea and left feeling revived.

I entered the spa with high expectations since it’s quite expensive. The staff were rude from the first hello, there was no smile or warm welcome. I asked if I could push back the time of my treatment and before I could finish my sentence another lady jumped in and completely dismissed my question without even checking their availability. The staff then began whispering about me and staring at me which made me feel even more uncomfortable. The treatment itself was extremely rushed
And I felt like they didn’t give the experience I was expecting. They also didn’t offer me a robe like everybody else. I will not be coming back or recommending to friends or family. Overall a bad experience.

We had a relaxing time at the spa. The massage was wonderful.
We had afternoon tea, the staff were lovely. Aleena was very friendly and attentive, we couldn't of asked for better service. The food was very good, some a little sweet for us.

So good, loved the massage and the relaxation room. The swimming pool was nice with a steam, sauna and a jacuzzi aswell and one of those strong shower jets in the jacuzzi. We didn't stay for the coffee and pastries though. Slippers and robe provided. Shower rooms are clean with changing room facilities

Very bad experiences with the spa. We were late for 3min they told us to sit down fill in a form and 10min later they told us they can’t do it as we’re late for 10min…if you can’t offer service why didn’t you tell us when we arrived or at least tell us to fill in the form quickly we can literally do that in 30 seconds? And why you schedule your clients so full not even 10min buffer between each client? Even restaurants reserve tables for 15min and spa means to let people relax… serious problems with management and staff.

A really modern, clean, relaxing spa. The three of us had Afternoon Tea which was cute then facials and day spa use. Would recommend.
