When I first went to this spa 7 years ago I really thought this was the best place to have a monthly pamper session. From the spa to the massages, the beautiful grounds, everything was great. It just kinda went downhill since. The month the masseuse was okay but you can tell she was inexperienced. I had the Mediterranean massage booked for an hour and a half (£175 so not cheap). For about 60-70 minutes of that there were continuous loud banging noises. I had to ask the masseuse to go outside and see what was going on in the middle of my massage. It was not relaxing or pleasant by any means. I had an apology at the end and she told me she would ask the manager to give me a call to see if they can rearrange my appointment again. 3 days later I received a call from the manager, who honestly was unapologetic and rude. She had no time for explanations or even a small apology for what had happened. She booked me in and then out the phone down before I could even say “thank you bye”. Don’t think I’ll be spending any more of my money here. To even think that I was about to pay out £2750 for their gym membership. I think because I an young they really didn’t take me seriously and treat me the same as they would anyone else, so I’d rather spend my money somewhere that treats everyone with respect.

All the staff were very friendly, I had a deep massage treatment which was fantastic ending off my time here with a steam. I would highly recommend.

My experience at the spa was just ok. I wasn't comfortable during the massage. Though asked, i dont think the Therapist took my needs into consideration so i ended up with more sore neck than prior to the message, defeating the purpose £200 later. Also didnt get offered any drinks (well just water) or use of any rest areas to recupe, just in & out of what seemed like a staff door. Therapist was also breathing very heavily over me during the face up session which didnt feel so comfortable

Average and overpriced treatment without access to pool thereafter or even the change rooms or robe. For £180 I expect much more. Wouldn't recommend. Also, I'm heavily pregnant so had the prenatal massage and the pillow was too high for my legs and resulted in me having pain as a result the next day. I never review but was so disappointed by the experience I had to review.

This experience was Life altering for both me and my wife. Professionalism was life from checking in and signing consent forms to checking out at the front desk.
My masseuse, who was absolutely amazing and attentive went over a few questions and put all of my nerves to ease. I had the Deep tissue massage and it was at that point that I knew I needed this in my life. I drooled a couple of times and again at that moment, I was hooked.
My wife enjoyed her relaxing message and she feels brand new.
They also provide a relaxation room, meditation room, a couple of glass cubicles for dinning. If you want to take a swim, there’s a large 3 foot deep pool and a jacuzzi at one end of the pool. The structure is made and designed beautifully. This is one experience you will not forget.

(Picture taking didn’t seem like a thing while visiting in London. Sorry for no pictures).

Had a great spa stay in this hotel. The staff were so attentive especially in the spa. The masseuse was absolutely amazing offering a trigger point massage that really hit the spot

We stayed here for one night and it was great for a quick girls night, but it is a massive resort and doesn’t have the personal touch for a smaller place. The spa was incredible and the treatment was fab! Highly recommend their massages.
I wasn’t blown away by the food, but it served the purpose. There are lots of great activities like archery and all the rest. We made the mistake of coming in half term and it was kid central, I’m sure it would have a completely different vibe out of school holiday periods.
