As someone who is new to the UK and to setting up my own Limited company, I was extremely happy with IMS after hearing some stories of other companies that were not very helpful at all. I have found them to be professional, they have explained what was happening at each step in the process and they have been very quick to respond to my questions. I would definitely recommended them to any allied health professional who would like to work through their own limited company.
