It is a great place to gain an accountancy apprenticeship and get a placement. I had struggled to find one during my time at another college and I found one almost instantly when I made the move. That and the staff are really friendly, supportive and the quality of teaching is amazing. Would highly recommend.

I started attending The Training Place of Excellence around a year or so ago and it has been fantastic. I have learned so much about accounting and bookkeeping. I worked for 6 months in insolvency and now 6 months in accounting as a junior bookkeeper and I feel as though the experience is very valuable. Brunilda and Mary are really helpful and the lessons have been excellent despite there being covid restrictions. The lessons have really given me a strong foundation in accounting to build upon. I completed my aat level 2 with a grade average of 88% (nearly a distinction), for which I am due to receive a certificate. Currently I am studying aat level 3, starting with the advanced bookkeeping unit, while also working at an accounting firm, so Im putting into practice everything that I am learning.
