Want documents from me that no other insurance company has needed, then when I can’t upload onto their website I was given two emails to send documents too… both mailboxes have a automatic response to say that they don’t monitor these emails that come through. After waiting on the phone again for over an hour I was told I would receive a call back later that day or the next day… which I didn’t receive. I then had to wait for another hour or so on hold to get hold of them. Seems it’s my full time job chasing them as they also was threatening to take my partner off the insurance if they don’t receive the documents, THAT I COULDN’T EVEN GET TO THEM! Also one of the documents was a no claims bonus certificate and because my last insurance gave me the certificate without a header on the letter they refused it 😂 joke of a service.

If i could give ZERO star i wish to do it! THE WORSE INSURANCE COMPANY!! They cut my car insurance by text message just informing me that is gonna be cancel next day withou any reason!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Truly one of the worst companies I've had the misfortune to deal with. They shouldn't be allowed to operate. Their household claims are outsourced to Davies Group who have a terrible reputation. Upon making numerous complaints to Joanne Crawley and others, they've continued to pass the buck and I'm still waiting for to get money owed to me. Acorn have been absolutely useless at pursuing this with Davies. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid. They will cover you then request additional information from you. If this doesn’t get to them they will cancel the policy and you will need to pay again for cover. If you supply the info you will be charged additional premium. Just don’t bother

Ridiculous company. All they care about is taking your money. They can never help with anything apparently. Third party done rubbish repairs on my car and they can't even be bothered to contact them on my behalf to sort this out. Avoid acorn, worse experience I've had with an insurance company

Having the most stressful time with this company keep cancelling my policy and making me pay more money when all I want to do is change bank details they are disgusting company and poor

This is the type of service acorn insurnce provides. I will be taking legal actions against this awfull insurance comapny. They will ruin your vehicle. Avoid this rubbish company.

Cancelled my policy many times or silly reasons. Always emailing for money that I “owe”. Customer service is awful
