Herbal World

I have used Herbal World for a number of treatments - they even do waxing! But I recently enjoyed the best reflexology session that I have ever had. The therapist was clearly very skilled and she adapted the treatment according to my needs. I can't wait to book a return treatment and would highly recommend them especially for reflexology. One more thing to note is that they were very flexible about appointment times - so refreshing to deal with a centre that doesnt close as early as they can and so helpful to deal with a centre that will be flexible around you. Been having lower back pain for about 2 months and decided to give acupuncture a go. Just finished my 3rd session today and I must say I felt great results from the first session! I love the staff as they’ve been very supportive, professional and catered to all my questions.

Very friendly lady at the reception, spotlessly clean massage room. The lady called Helen gave me an absolutely incredible 45 minute tui na massage. I requested firm pressure as it’s always my preference for massages and it was top notch, almost all the knots on my back and shoulders are gone - wish I had booked myself for a whole hour!! Thanks a lot!

Lovely team there. Really knowledgeable and lots of recommendations - have had both herbs, massages and acupuncture there for various reasons. Very reasonable price vs others I’ve used and Sophie is incredibly knowledgeable and keen to help. She will always follow up with aftercare and text messages to ensure treatment is most effective. Sophie is a very good doctor, she has treated various ailments of mine over the years when Western doctors only give you painkillers. For example I no longer need to take antihistamines for my hay-fever as she has helped treat the root cause of the issue. Great price and very authentic Chinese experience.

Their massages are SO wonderful there. Short, sweet, and efficient. Honestly, I went in there in pain and came out feeling worlds better. I will definitely continue getting them often!

Good massage but the venue requires more cleaning or more to say upgrading. Be prepared for a very strong herbal smell all the way. No necessary pleasant for all.

I've been attending regularly for acupuncture for my back post surgery and the staff are great. Really look after you and want to help.
