Flip Out Ashford

Good fun area for all ages. I took my 4 year old and he loved his time there, especially as it was an age appropriate time to bounce.

The actual trampoline park was great, kids aged 5, 9 and 10 loved it (and mummies had a go too!) There is limited parking but a car park fairly near by. However, the restaurant wasn't great. One member of staff tried very hard to accommodate our needs but it took nearly an hour for our food. Food was expensive and other members of our group had bad food. The staff seemed grumpy and unapproachable so next time we will definitely find somewhere else to eat.

Absolutely fantastic! Although it made me realise how unfit I actually am - the children thoroughly loved it! The staff are super helpful and friendly, and there is so much to do. We went mid week at 10am which I would highly recommend as it was quiet - I wouldn't like to go on a weekend because I can just imagine how busy it would be! I appreciate that's hard with school aged children though. The cafe was a bit disappointing - microwave burgers that cost over £5 and service very slow.

We absolutely love Flip Out Ashford!!! The staff are brilliant!!! They have been so amazing with my 2 kids!!! One helped my son get the confidence to do a back flip which he said he would never be able to do!! One evening when it wasn’t busy I looked over and 4-5 staff members Will playing chase with my 5 year old daughter making her feel like the most important person in the world!! We keep coming back because of the amazing staff!!! The membership is brilliant and I recommend it to everyone!!!

My boys love this place! It’s clean and tidy, the staff are always happy to help and definitely go above and beyond to assist you. Lucy today was no exception, greeted friendly on arrival and engaged with me and the boys effortlessly. Huge respect also goes the the cafe staff who work flat out daily (especially in the summer holidays)! The food is reasonably priced, of a good standard and arrives quickly. Having tried all of the surrounding bounce venues in Kent this one is by far the best. The new. area looks amazing, highly recommend Flip Out Ashford.

Great fun great price easy first time waiver keep hold of your free socks for next time lots of space and activities we went during school hours so had whole place to ourselves lovely little section for the younger kids ninja course was shut but still plenty to fill the hour slot clean and tidy felt very safe plenty of staff about to make sure of it too

Great fun for kids (and kids at heart). Chaotic check in area which I'm sure could be improved, but once you're through to the main area there's lots of space to run and bounce. Lots of floor level trampolines, with some raised at angles for tricks, and foam pits to jump into.

Lockers are available for possessions (so they don't end up buried in a foam pit!) And there's an upstairs balcony where you can sit and watch the bouncers (if you can get a seat). Otherwise there is more seating on the cafe which doesn't overlook the bounce area, or benches at the edge of the bounce area.

Cafe is ok - could do with a wider selection of food and is somewhat expensive. We normally go elsewhere to eat, but it does the job in a pinch.

A bit of cleaning won’t hurt. I’ve been charged 20 £ for a 3 years old cuz I was expected to jump but where cuz somewhere not allowed because of the child and where the child was allowed I’ve been told off 🤣🤣 so the only place I could jump was the area for under 5 years old place only A joke!!!
