First of all, service was terrible. One person even argued with us as he could not explain his own menu. Only reason I'm giving it a 3* is the food was average taste.

Food was ok. Service was good too and fast. Price is good. The place need to be cleaned a bit. Recommended.

Used to go there all the time but this was the first time since Corona virus and I ordered a gourmet burger meal and this is what I got.
Grilled chicken might be good but DO NOT ORDER YOUR BURGERS FROM HERE.
Upon complaining over the phone I was told the chicken was made yesterday and then the second guy behind the counter took the phone and said our boss mistakenly put the cooking temperature very high, I did not order a burnt, rubbery and a tough chicken burger!!
The guy never even apologized.
I am not going back in that store again.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Ordered online, paid, turned up to collect at the start of the 90 minute collection window. The guy pleaded ignorance, claimed they were closed, then suddenly didn't speak English any more. Went and hid in the kitchen rather than answer questions. Dishonest cheats. Don't touch.

The guy behind the counter took a cash payment then proceeded to make the food I ordered without washing his hands or wearing gloves. No masks or gloves or anything to do with hygiene during food preparation. This is the second time this has happened. I will definitely not order from here again.

Highly disappointed!! Shockingly poor hygiene. The young boy making the food had dirt under his nails and was not wearing gloves, touched everything under the sun including scratching his face and still did not wash his hands before preparing/touching the food. As COVID-19 is very much active during this time I am shocked at the lack of hygiene and expected so much more as this is a food place my family and I use to come to a lot and had no problems with in the past. My daughter got very bad food poisoning and was very sick after eating the food. I really wish I followed my gut and threw the food away! Would have recommended before but definitely won’t be going back after such a bad experience. The owners should ensure that all staff handling food learn about the importance of food hygiene, especially during a time like this. Have been completely put off!

Barely edible... The fish was drier then the Sahara. The lamb curry stank and the rice was hard... They even forgot the salad. Used to be a good place but nowadays I could not recommend it less... 😡
