DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I booked a taxi for my flight to then be cancelled, I phoned the company 4 hours in advance to cancel the taxi. Despite this, they sent a driver out anyway so I had to contact them again to cancel and refund me as they had also taken payment of £101! I then had to chase to get a refund, ending up going through my bank to do this, and after numerous phone calls they finally refunded me. I then woke up a month after this whole situation to realise the same company had taken £101 of of my account again… I called them several times, they kept transferring me then hanging up. They then claimed that there was no way this could happen, I showed them the screenshots of my bank account and they still denied it all. I was then told the manager would call me back the same day, it’s been a week since I was told this and I’ve had absolutely no contact from them and I’m still £101 down , having to go through the fraud department at my bank . PLEASE do not use this company, worst customer service ever.

Cancelled a cab to 8 people the airport in the last minute. God knows the craziness we had to endure to get to the airport afterwards. We nearly missed the flight! AVOID THESE GUYS!
