Some parts from ashford branch which were wrongly supplied, so i called borough green ordered the correct parts plus an additional £1000 worth of parts when i collected once again the wrong parts had been ordered by their staff. So at this point im 2 days down on income, when the parts finally arrive they tell me they will not refund a £40 seal wrongly supplied by their branch in ashford and i will have to drive down there myself to do it. So after losing 2 days money, additional down time for the tractor and being supplied the wrong parts twice they couldnt even help with a £40 credit for obvious reasons i will never use them again.

Worth searching out if you need anything to do with agricultural machinery

Just picked up a part sorted yesterday. Guys were very helpful and friendly. First time customer and will be using them more. Even went the extra step to print me out a diagram of the mower and parts. Thank you. Would highly recommend.
