One hour free parking!

Just landed in UK. So I'm tired
I know they are hiring
But someone needs to tell them they need to serve orders and not make orders they can manage, the car park was full in a matter of 10min.
I would be more happy to wait to be served then to wait for my food

Made a payment to an incorrect order. I had to confirm with the workers and they pretend to understand and made make the payment.
Here I am waiting for 20min at this fast food chain.
In the end we got my money back and the correct order but still.

Floor in store foods dropped no of staff brush off.

This mcdonald's store literally filthy everywhere. There is no hand soap in toilet also dirty table looks like never been cleaned. Strongly recommended to not even give a try. So disappointed 😞

This macdonald is not 24 hours. They never open for breakfast whatsoever. Whoever managing this macdonald he/she must be on high class drugs. They always close the drive thru 1 hours early. This guys ain't serious about this business.

Absolutely filthy inside, never seen anything like it. Floor was filthy, multiple people asking for tables to be cleaned so they could sit down. No rush to do so and ended up cleaning our own table.

This was very busy and the staff were doing their best to keep up. Not on top of keeping restaurant clean, bins full, sauce receptacles empty. Burgers were fresh cooked and tasty. Cheese melts cold and not very melty......

One of the worst McDonald's Restaurants I have ever been to. Been there yesterday at around 15:15 and ordered a Large burger meal only because I love to have plenty of fries. The guy who served me at the counter went to the fries station and started filling my fries in a red fries box he filled it properly like a little bouquet(which I'd love to have); just vefore shaking it well and taking out most of the fries from the top. I ate just 2 fries when I decided to take a photo and upload it on here. I have received bigger portions of fries when paid for medium fries than these supposedly large fries by this STINGY restaurant. Very bad service, wish I could give you a quarter star.
