Well what can I say! From start to finish the experience with Sub-zero was amazing! The service I received from James was outstanding! I had an issue with my scaffolding (an issue my side - nothing to do with Sub-zero) meaning I had to postpone my installation date which James was more than happy to support with the move in date. Date of installation, arrived on time, explained exactly how it was going to get installed, quick installation and best of all no mess left after them! I've already had 2 friends ask who I had to do the work and what my experience was like so I'm sure James will be very busy (or even busier lol) with the recommendation I'm providing! Sub-zero were excellent in every way when they fitted a multi split system recently for us - James was very efficient in his communication throughout, and when it came to installing the system, him and Jake did a very tidy job and got along with the work with no issues whatsoever. Highly recommended - thanks James and team!

The guys were brilliant start to finish. All the detailed information was given for the quote. The fitters showed up on time, were very clean (hoovering and cleaning the surrounding area of the fitting). All kind and friendly, and the aircon is great. Couldn’t recommend Sub Zero enough!

Fantastically tidy work carried out by James' team (very nice lads who you don't mind in and around your home) and great communication from James throughout, even though I know he was on holiday for some of this time. A very minor problem after installation was attended to the same day I reported it, I cannot fault this company at all. By the way, I struggled with noisy heavy portable units for years but no longer, and as these units have a heat and cool function, I can heat just one room too if I'm wfh in the Winter. The airconditioning is superb, on night mode it is virtually silent, and the outside unit is surprisingly quiet too. Friends and colleagues are organising trips here to come and have a look!

Friendly prompt service from quotation to completion! Sent a query via the website which was answered almost immediately. Following this a site survey was completed at the property before installation.

On the day of installation everyone turned up as expected confirming all aspects of the job before starting. The install took a day to which you would have never have known anyone had been in the house if it wasn’t for the new units on the wall. Everything was left clean and tidy. The boys were very professional and polite willing to answer any questions throughout the day. Would highly recommend the company/team and will definitely use them again.
