The worst ever experience. To cut the story short they charged me four times x £250 =£1000 when I tried to reissue my family's open ticket over their corrupt website, while the booking didn't get through! After so many calls and email for two weeks, one of their guys phoned and said he would do the booking on the phone and refund that £1000. He charged me £448 as the price had gone up. However, the booking didn't also go through!!! I demanded the cancellation of the original booking with a full refund of £377. At that point they owed me £1825. After three weeks, they decided to be "so generous" and refund £1198 only!!! I spent hours on the phone demanding the remaining £627 and sent many emails that end up in a black hole. Their call centre people are well trained to bring the call to a deadlock. My holiday was ruined and my finance suffered and I am still hopelessly calling every morning and sending emails.

Pegasus Staff from the very beginning of our trip to Istanbul and back to London we're rude from the start of check-in to the end of the flight. Both directions the plane was very uncomfortable.
Pegasus is like most budget airliners that like to give service with an attitude approach. What does it take to just smile to the best of your ability and at least try. If you don't like your job, then look for something else.

Actually it is worth zero-star. Web page is not working properly. Not doing even small amendments in ticket. My flight has been cancelled due to corona virus restrictions and I got an open ticket. I am not able to change my ticket online, there was not enough information that I could able to use it until August 22. Stay away this company!!!

It’s not just Pegasus-it’s KLM- Delta-and Virgin Air. Between these last three airlines from North Carolina to England, someone misplaced my luggage. This was over 3mos ago. I was told not to report it lost as “luggage can’t be lost. it stays with the airline” but then no one could help me without a Reference number. Iim still working on getting my belongings back. It really seems like most airline employees should find new jobs. It’s scary to know you are paying someone to lose your things and most likely ruin your expensive trip.

I’m writing to say this flight company is rubbish as it’s not on time at all.I try two times and got disappointed.
I paid £350 they didn’t give any meal for free also they had no option for vegetarian to buy at all ,such a shame ,and it had nearly 2 hours delay they didn’t explain about the reason and staff were very relax and didn’t be sorry.seems it is always happening . I had to book two taxi and paid £100 for me and my 75 years old mum separately and it was really stressful for me and my mum as she couldn’t stay alone in airport and waiting for me. I don’t trust them anymore . I don’t waste a penny on it again.

This a rubbish airlines because I bought a ticket then they cancel it and up the prices then sell it so expensive the airplane sits are very uncomfortable and they give any water, yea, snacks or coffee everything you need to pay I won’t like to flying again by this airline

When you make multiple searches for the same destination, they increase the price for some time. Then, when you actually buy the ticket, they decrease the prices again. This is a company employing such cheap tricks !

I realised I'd forgotten my purse, so returned to my home, this meant that my arrival at the airport was five minutes after take-off. Deflated and bewildered, the staff re-booked via Ankara. To Ankara the flight attendants and service was impeccable, a delight to witness professionalism and a genuineness in operation. Domestic flight from Ankara, I was again amazed by the teamwork and smartness and cleanliness and certainly the appearances of your personnel there.

Thank you very much.

Oh and the views from the windows on the planes, oh my goodness, awe is the only word applicable, absolute- unadulterated awe.

The on-flight meals/ sandwiches take some beating too.
