DO NOT SUPPORT THIS AIRLINE NOT IAG!
My flight was canceled likely due to COVID-19 (they didn't state, just canceled). No refund of the flight is offered - a voucher is not a refund and also that was not given to me. The customer service only sends standard text if they react at all. And that text simply states that supposedly my ticket is not eligible to be refunded.

A company that sells a service but when it comes to providing it, can't do so, needs to return the money. I can't sell something and then say "Sorry, we can't fulfil your request, but thank you for your money". If one doesn't get the product, they get their money back. I would accept "circumstances beyond control" but only related to compensation. They still should ensure they can pay back the fare.

This is the third foul for me with this airline. The other two times the flights were delayed 6 hours. One of them I arrived at 3am in Barcelona and had to work at 7am?!?! Compensation 0 - as it's always "circumstances beyond control" with them.

flight VY8173, I asked for a cup of water and a flight attendant said “a moment” and never came. When I called again he came 10 minutes later and said “we need to eat too” in a condescending manner. So all the attendants eat at the same time. also I was given a random seat (18 F) even though I fly with a pet, and wasn’t able to choose my seat online (the site doesn’t allow it). How is one expected to put a dog under the seat, AND one’s legs ??? Kind of common sense…

RUN to a different airline!!! I wish that I could give this company less than one star. Their check-in lines were >90 minutes long-making us miss our flight, this was due to lack of staffing but they would not take responsibility or refund tickets- you BUY a new one at an accelerated price if you don’t want to sleep at the airport.
When finally on board- the staff drew the curtain and completely ignored the cabin full of passengers for the entire flight. We were then loaded like cattle onto a bus to get to the terminal. If you have the opportunity to use ANY other airline service- I would highly recommend it. My luggage was also destroyed during their loading/unloading process- again they said it was not their fault 😬😬

They booked too many seats for the plane and I rocked up and was told to go to the gate just in case there are spare seats. There were 3 spare seats but 12 people waiting for a seat. After the plane left I was told I could either get a refund or rescheduled to another flight. There weren’t any other flights that day so I requested a refund but they offered me €150 flat even though my flights cost £180. Pathetic

Is this premium check in? Going on 45 minutes and counting - and why did we have to line up and have 3 different people look at our passports and passes instead of continuing to sit and wait an hour in our seats at least instead of cooking in a tight tunnel. Not health conscious or safe. Very poorly organized, inefficient and slow. Worst boarding process than any other airline - BY FAR! Who runs this thing?

We would like to say thanks to the guy who was in charge to the check-in desk yesterday 12th of June around 20.30h. From the guys to the flight to Valencia! We ran fast and got the flight!!

I advise arriving at the airport 4 hrs before. The queue is atrocious. It takes forever and is the slowest bag drop out of every airline

They didn't allow us check-in online due to our nationality. When we checked in they told us we don't have seats along with 10 other people and we'll only board if there's enough people who didn't come 20 minutes before departure. 20 minutes before departure half of the plane was still not boarded. They told us to wait more. This was my first and last time trying to fly with Vueling.
