They give you the wrong information and then they don't deal with any problems at customer service brought on by their staff at Gatwick. They will then block you and ignore any issues you've had on their flights. I would avoid flying with these idiots if possible. If I could give them 0 stars then I would.

2 stars because the take off and landing was safe. Other than that utter garbage. They charge £38 for an emergency exit seat, which seems like a good idea but the seats don’t recline at all. Staff are variable, some good, some very rude. At Istanbul they have a check in desk labelled ‘International Flights’ but the secret you won’t find out until you’ve queued to get to the desk is it’s not all International Flights... just some... the desk for others is elsewhere... go and join that queue.

Cancelled holiday to Turkey 2021 due to Covid back in May still haven't received the correct money Airline no help what's so ever its cost me a lot of money in phone calls time and parking at Gatwick and Heathrow because that's where I had to go but no Turkish Airlines there all closed. Absolutely appalling service do not use this airline.
