Booked with Budget parking as price is good. Meet and greet service. Driver did not turn up. after 20 calls answered back and was rude. Never shown up. I had to contact another meet and greet service urgently and paid a lot of money. Missed my plane and had to pay more money for catching the next flight. My advise never go with budget parking. No service neither a land line number there, The number they supply does not exist. basically they are a scam

Awful experience and customer Service. We’ve Waited over two and 1/ half hours for our car after coming back from Italy. I was told it would only be one hour wait at the most. we’ve got someone in our family who is severely disabled and Registered Blind and struggles with walking. There are also other people here with us who have been waiting two hours with kids as well

Awful awful awful customer service, awful experience. Will never be using and will always be steering friends and family away from using this service.

Says level 4 on website they told us elsewhere and then on they said on the phone they were going to leave us at the airport as the driver needed to get back after being on the phone and looking for the car for only a few minutes.

Disgusting and disappointing, after having a great holiday, with no problems with being in a country that speak little English (my first language!) - it has really been a dreadful return back home!

Very unprofessional service, when I called to say I'd arrived, it was as if I had been an inconvenience to them. Dirty taxis took us to and from airport, suitcases were filthy after. Didn't even help us get the suitcases in and out of the taxis. Won't be using them again!!!!

AVOID! cancelled after 30 minutes of booking and they only refunded half the money back to me, when enquired they said they need to take this fee, that fee without any legal proof. For all I know they could be adding fees and charges left right and centre. They agreed to refund me within 7 days, took 9 for half of it to go into my account. The customer service is appalling.
