Purple Parking

Returned back from holiday at 11PM and was greeted by a broken down car. No warning calls before hand.. Supposedly the front suspension spontaneously combusted by itself. The car had been MOVED from the space with the staff fully knowing the tyre was touching the bodywork! They confirmed they noticed the issue before moving and still did it? They said that four of them pushed the car to the space by hand.. I do not believe this to be the case. On top of this the car went in clean yet when I picked it up it had dirt all over it.. It looked like it had been driven on a motorway in the rain! I asked for a formal investigation and was refused at all stages of the process. Just my word against theirs. With cameras everywhere surely no issue with proving to me what actually happened.. but no CCTV would be shown. A new tyre was needed due to it being moved with no suspension and rubbed all the tread off. £300 and a premier inn stay later I managed to get home. CHECK YOUR MILEAGE / LEAVE A CAMERA IN YOUR CAR!

Purple Parking is the place we always use to park our car when flying from Heathrow Airport. It suits us well as it is close to the M4 motorway which is the one we use to get to London from the West Country. We have always found Purple Parking reasonably priced and the staff are always helpful and so far we have had no cause for complaint. You simply arrive and park your car then hand your keys over in reception and receive your ticket for when you return; then take their next shuttle bus to/from the terminals. When you return your car eill have been brought to near reception for a quick getaway. We always pre-book online to save time.

We had never used Purple Parking Heathrow before and I cannot recommend them enough! Easy to book, great value for money, easy to find, great communication and friendly and professional service. Fahad at Reception was excellent and was very helpful. We had a quick shuttle bus transfer directly to the front doors at T2 and a similar smooth process on our return. Our car was returned with no dents or scratches.
Overall, an excellent, stress-free experience and we will definitely be using Purple Parking again!

I was quite wary after I made the booking having read some of the reviews which left me doubtful on whether I had made the right decision booking with Purple Parking.

Thankfully I had a good experience with this service, even though I arrived at 3am, the driver arrived within reasonable time and on collection the car arrived promptly around 11:30pm even though I called slightly late as my flight was delayed.

I would have no hesitation in using this service again with Purple Parking and hope I receive the same service I did on this occasion.

After reading lots of airport parking horror stories, I was feeling a bit anxious but Purple Parking couldn’t have made the process any easier! Car drop off and pick up was absolutely seamless, our flight landed earlier than expected so we were 30 minutes early to pick up but the car was close to reception and we were told clearly where it was parked. Would not hesitate to book with them again!

Great location near the airport. Found it easy to drop the car off and give in the keys. A bus service then takes you to the airport. You can then find this bus after your return flight to take you straight back to the car park. On our return we were lucky enough to have our car parked right by the exit.

Competitively priced. Easy drop off and regular buses to and from the airport. Our car was waiting for us just outside the office, under cover, so despite the pouring rain we didn't get wet. Very happy and would use again.

Brilliant place and easy to find. High, easy signage to follow. Staff are friendly and helpful. The buses to the airport are very frequent and friendly in both directions. You can't get lost and that's an easy thing for me to do. 10 ish min ride to terminals 2, 3 and 5. Book online and save money. Can book airport lounge at the same time and save money on both. Definitely use them again.
