Britannia Cars

I have been a customer of Britannia Cars for 5+ years; in all of that time I have only ever experienced excellent service.

Drivers are all courteous, reliable, safe and professional.

I have also used Britannina Cars for non-airport transport and this has been similarly professional and slick.

I do (and have) recommend unreservedly

We were desperate to find a service on a holiday and had called 10 different places before we called Britannia. He answered and was incredibly professional and polite, took our information, and confirmed the service. He arrived 2 minutes early (perfect) and drove fast but safe. We thanked him as we got out and he said he left mass to come get us and was going back to his family after dropping us off. We are so grateful he agreed to work on a holiday and had a wonderful experience! We will be booking with Britannia again in the future.

Ordered a taxi from the Belfry hotel into Oxford city centre. Was told it would be 40-45 and we could pay card then was made to get out in the rain half way because the driver insisted on cash and that the fee was £50. There were no confirmation messages confirming dispatch or the license plate of our car so just had to take his words for it at the hotel. Not the best.

It is twice in a row this service is late (2nd time car arrived 50mns after landing) - offered no apologies, no commercial gesture - made me feel guilty for calling them - cars are old and tatty - will never use again

Not only didn’t show up, wouldn’t answer the phone to say they’re not coming . Go elsewhere , no respect leaving people out in the middle of the night with children to get home to .

Great experience, picked me up quickly in a nice clean car; got me to my destination quickly the driver was very nice and would definitely use again. 100% recommend 5/5

Britannia cars was really responsive to emails before a wedding where I was booking multiple trips for groups of people. On the day they were able to flex for unexpected delays and communicated clearly. Overall a really great experience!

Abid and his team were so helpful on my client's wedding day last weekend. They accommodated several last minute changes to the cars we'd booked as well as requests for additional pick-ups. I can highly recommend Britannia Cars and I look forward to working with them again soon. Thanks Abid!
