I was very nervous about having my first colonic and it took a while to finally decide to give it a go. Tracie made me feel very relaxed and the treatment itself wasn't uncomfortable at all. I feel so much better after having suffered with IBS for so long, I wonder now why I left it so long! Next time I'm going to have the food intolerance test too. Highly recommended.

I had a colonic for the first time two weeks ago and I was so nervous before hand. I wasn’t worried about the procedure I was worried if it was the right choice for me and how my body would react after. I have always suffered with constipation and it has become so bad in recent years I’m totally reliant on laxatives to go to the toilet after days of not going naturally. When I met Tracie she made me feel very relaxed, she didn’t give me a hard sell. She was very genuine and honest about what she felt I might need. I was very comfortable throughout the procedure and didn’t find it uncomfortable at all and I was lucky I had a very good first session and passed a lot and after Tracie said my bowel may correct itself and I may not need any further treatment. This was true, since I have been going naturally and I haven’t taken any laxatives, I don’t go every day but I feel that’s my normal. I do however now feel my bowel working and naturally spasms when I need to go. I can’t tell you how happy this makes me as I was starting to get really worried I would need to rely on laxatives for the foreseeable future. I would highly recommend Tracie.

I think i may be the first Male patient to leave a testimonial, hopefully not the last. Tracie is very professional, i felt so at ease as she explained the procedure after being a little apprehensive at first. It took two sessions to get a successful outcome, but well worth it, just feel great now. Any further issues i'll be straight back to her, but if i take her advice, they will be few and far between. I made an appointment last night, woke up feeling quite ill today with COVID-like flu
symptoms and she said I would have to rebook and lose my previous deposit money and pay again as it’s not within the 24hr period… ridiculous so I’m going elsewhere.
