This rating reflects the administration and not the massage therapists. The therapists are quite well and do a fantastic job. However that’s the only good thing there. Rooms need to be refurbished and the bathroom is in a horrible shape. But all of that could be overlooked if the receptionist running the place was not so rude and conniving. They will play tricks with how the packages work in order to con you into paying more money. Ive had a horrible experience with them and no longer go there. Plus be aware the packages expire after a year and they don’t warn you when you sign up. If you try to reach out to the so called “manager’s email” your email will bounce back. There is no way to reach anyone other than the extremely rude receptionist and therefore none of the complaints are ever resolved. It used to be one of the best places nearby so sad what has become of it.

Should have been warned by so much bad comments! Walked in for relaxing massage, ends up with ridiculous hard selling art . One star for the massage fairly ok. 0 for the receptionist (CiCi?)They don’t bother your returning or not . Avoid.

I have been going to balance since November 2017... I went weekly for acupuncture for fertility after not only struggling to get pregnant but also I had a miscarriage... I started weekly October acupuncture in Canada than continued Nov .. got pregnant December .. and continued for 6 months .. to assure I was strong and healthy ... now have. A healthy happy thriving 2 year old, thanks to the doctor helping mw! I also love to see Sharon for lymphatic/ deep tissues and facials she is amazing! Also the reception team are both so lovely and also make me feel very welcome .
I will begin my regular acupuncture again

The receptionist is not welcoming and can be rude.
Overpriced for what it is and service is very bad.
I’ve been going many times but very disappointed with their service and the way they make me feel.
(Not related to therapist).
But the place needs some refurbishment.

Went for a massage booked literally 45 minutes before due to a sport injury. Despite the mixup with booking times and waiting half an hour, Zoey did such an amazing job; she’s a deep tissue pro!
Can recommend and I’ll be back.

Laiba was so amazing at stretching, really helped my back problems

Another TCM centre which was once very good and had very honest caring staff, like many places in the UK this no longer seems to be the case . I hope their standards improve to what they once were.

Amazing relaxing massage, level of highest end hotels SPA. Ask for Zoe as therapist.
