We had to call for an ambulance last Sunday morning to attend my wife who is in palliative care. Crewe Adrian Ward and Jamie String (Matlock3111) arrived and were absolutely brilliant. Not only did they make my wife comfortable and calm but had to contend with our resistance to removing her to hospital. They acted both professionally and caring and fought our corner. We are thankful for their help and attention and will be forever grateful. Well done EMAS in general and Adrian and Jamie in particular.

Please can I say a huge Thank you for the outstanding support Louise and Dan gave to our son last night. Our son’s sugar bloods went dangerous low and he wasn’t responding he had symptoms of epilepsy seizures and suffering from a stroke! We were totally in shock and felt very helpless and tried everything to make him respond! Thank goodness for the NHS services! People don’t realise how lucky we are. These ambulance Staff nurses doctor all need a gold medal for the outstanding standing services they provide!
What a fantastic team Louise and Dan Thank you for supporting our son and also supporting us! The confidence and care you both provided put our minds at rest and we knew he would be save hands! Well done! 🎖.👋🏻👋🏻🎖

Fantastic people doing a vital job, there is no way I would have been able to afford to hospital at the prices taxis charge and I can't travel by public transport.

Solo paramedic in a car arrived so quickly. Tristan - a lovely chap. Charged us £1.50 every time we apologised. So thorough and smiley. He called an ambulance with three other paramedics, all brilliant. Transfer to A&E which was also excellent. Wonderful service. There are worse countries to live in. There are worse countries. Thank you all.

The ambulance arrived within 5 minutes of a 111 call. Stabilised me at home, then straight to Coronary care at the Derby Royal. Superb service. Probably saved my life. Thank you Kirsty Harvey and Elizabeth Otter. You are a credit to your profession.
