I can not thank or praise enough the Paramedics who came to my assistance on Tuesday morning when I experienced the worst injury I have ever had. As a result of their efforts and those of members of the public at scene, combined with surgery. I am now home recovering from a very serious injury. The Paramedic was amazing in his humour to relax me and his proffesional conduct and amazing compasion throughout. I know they will say they were only doing their job but these guys are beyond legends. Thank you so so much from the bottom of my heart.

My mum had a nasty fall early hours of the morning, the first paramedic on the scene Emily was absolutely amazing, so professional, kind, caring we can't thank her enough for her care and expertise. I would also like to thank the 2 make paramedics who assisted whose names I unfortunately did not take also professional , kind and put us all at ease. We are so very grareful

Just wanted to thank the ambulance crew Neil & Polish Rob who looked after me so well Tuesday night. I was in an awful lot of pain with what turned out to be a gallbladder attack. It was a particularly busy night at Broomfield A&E and there were a lot of ambulances waiting outside. Also to John who had to cohort me and all the A&E team inside. We are all so lucky to have you all; you really do an amazing job. Thankyou

Had reson to call for medical help on Christmas day,paramedic Paul arrived and was very caring and professional explaining the probable cause,he was alone as his partner was sick and did not hurry,many thanks and 10/10 for Paul

Early hours of 12th March, I had a leg versus stair incident! Paramedics, Mark and Mark came to my rescue incredibly quickly. They were fab, not just with the injury but they gaged me really well too and matched my pragmatic sense of humour and sarcasm. My broken ankle and Fibula are now in a full cast (complete with hearts and glitter) and I’m awaiting a dexa scan to see why I can’t seem to stop breaking that side of me!! Thanks again guys, can’t say enough great things about you. Stay safe 🙂

My Dad was very poorly on 9th May following a stroke and my sister had to call for an ambulance. The 2 paramedics were Chris and Lee. They were compassionate, caring and professional, listened to family members and were kind to Dad and explained care to Mum. They were very thorough in their assessment and onward referrals. Please pass on our gratitude.

A big thank you to the two ambulance guys who took me to Queens hospital on the 26th October they were so kind and professional. It was very busy but thanks to them I got urgent treatment for pneumonia. I was in hospital for five days so grateful they came. A million thanks for all your hard work xxx
