Day time staff and provision is excellent. Certain night time staff are inhospitable, rude and unwelcoming. I have now started visiting Shipley's over night as the Cashino service and attitudes are disgusting over night!

Staff are clueless but nice. Stopped in because of rain. Trouble started with older schoolboys so made a quick exit. Didnt feel safe there.
