Went in there Monday i had a Promotion on my App for £10 matchplay I used it but Manager Michelle started moaning and shouting at me I should not have that Promotion on my App.
Then the other member of staff JO started shouting at me saying I am Barred.
Manager Michelle has tried banning me from all other Cashino Shops. Good luck with that Michelle.

When I left the Arcade Michelle closed my account down she asked for my Membership account number which she has no right to do no other branch of Cashino has ever asked for Account number they don't need it.

Stay clear from this Venue they don't like you claiming Promotions they just like taking Customers money without paying out much.

The security boy is very very very STUPID..Bad casino i do not recomanded.

I went to this casino tonight with my boyfriend and my cousin, and the security guy did not asked the boys for their ID but for mine yes. Just because I am a woman!!! Thats so unfair to be honest! The worst experience ever.
