The company doesn't care about the employees, poorly trained manager, the night shifts are horrible, I wouldn't recommend it to my enemies.

This place is a joke, i visited there to use my matchplay to be turned away because the manager wasnt present to authorise it when they were authorising other members matchplays. They said that i apprently use multiple accounts when i only use one. Since the new manager took over the place has gone down hill i used to be a regular in the branch but not no more they are rude and watch your every move even if i use matchplays on games that you cant take out the money you put in only what you win. They watch when you claim your winnings. The branch needs to investigated as its disgusting how customers are treated i should not be made to feel uncomfortable considering when you visit these places it should be fun. Cashino you need to sort out your sutton branch.

The staff are very rude very ignorant ..the tournament has been stopped because the staff are too busy to flip a switch..since the new manager has started the rules of bingo has changed the tournament has stopped and the food trays only come out once every 3 hours aLloyd the cheaper 10p play machines are being replaced not everyone wants to play 25p 30p 50p 1.00 or 2.00 a pop this is not responsible gambling this is extortion on cashinos behalf ..the more money you spend in Sutton cashino the more favouritism you get where is my viper card after playing in here for more than 5 years...back to staff they are not too busy to stand around watching every penny you put in machine or collect..they even look to see what notes you are changing and some staff that do this make you feel uncomfortable all in all Sutton cashino has gone right downhill and I will not be spending another penny in there or any other cashino in the UK
