The security officer here is so welcoming and friendly. I visited here on a weekend and was greeted by a security guard who made me feel very much at home. The service is great here ! Well done security firm but polite

It's like a Casino but pronounced by a lispy Sean Connery. Sad place where people while away the time losing in slots and getting angry.
Comfortable enough with free drinks and snacks for punters.

Hounslow CASHINO is fantastic place with great guys. Specially the little one Marius, always handy with smile to serve and with his witty humour. The Manager always welcoming and inviting. I have been to many CASHINO and Admiral but i must say CASHINO HOUNSLOW is the best in London.
Staff always ready to serve drinks and snacks and promotions are always ready to offer without any hesitation unlike other shops doing lot of hidden thing with promotion, only for few previllage customers (so called VIPs)but here every one is VIP. NO DISCRIMINATION AT ALL. Everyone is VIP here and receive same promotion with in few minutes and without any Dramas.
It's always a pleasant experience infact I must say its a always treat to visit this place and spend some time.
I wish lot of success for Daniel and his wonderful team.

The merkur staff Valencia, Florentina and Irfan were very patient and helpful towards my gaming experience. I have just had excellent advice and help towards my questions, highly recommend due to the friendly and helpful staff, my gambling experience is so much better when helpful and alert staff are on hand to assist

Awful place machines are so bad always broken better options in Hounslow substance abuse use in the toilets and pick pockets lost my bag but the security camera was broken
