I attend the arcade every day this week got friendly with staff lost every day but that is fine. I went today and played the community slots. I got the feature the machine froze and was told by the member of staff that there is nothing they can do. This is after me telling two other members of staff the machines were faulty on previous days. I am fine with losing but I feel this is really unfair

was going into here daily on my lunch and have had multiple issues but today was the final straw. i was playing a community slot with 2 of my friends and we got the community bonus for then the slot to crash. Sophie who was working tried to reset the machine 3 times with no success so we just was told nothing the could do and we have lost our money. Sophie then offered me Pound in tokens which was a little bit patronizing considering we had all ready lost 80 pound and the minimum win on the community bonus was a lot more than this. i would like a response asap. oi have also had issues with the machines before when Richard and Charlotte were both working and said they would tell the engineer but this does not help me.
