Grade II Listed 1820’s Commissioners church attributed to James Savage in the Greek Revival style. Picture postcard classicism in attractive well-maintained grounds. An active community here. Certainly worth seeking if adrift on a bummel hereabouts. The drinking fountain 1886 fronting the entrance commemorates Nathaniel Montefiore, philanthropist and surgeon, commendably still works

We were fortunate to have an Interesting talk by the minister on the church history. The ceiling was beautifully decorated with plaster flowers. The ascension painting behind the altar was colourful. Small children's playground outside with references on slide to Ada Salter illustrating her good work in the area.

Nice place - daughter went to monkey music class in side room - was well heated.. but toilets have no heating.. fine for me but changing my daughter's nappy wasn't great.

Very limited! Using the toilets when the place was heaving with end of year parties seemed fine and the gents was clean.
