Well done to the vicar and team at this Church. Thank-you for sharing this wonderful building of faith and history. It is a wonderful place to sit down pray, mediate and reflect on things. To have a break from the daily routine and in the centre of Soham.

What a special place an Abbey was founded here in 630 by the man himself Saint Felix who is credited by the venerable Bede as the man to introduce Christianity to the East Angles . A painting on one of the walls is probably a depiction of this hero , he is also present in Norwich Cathedral in the form of a statue . Felix was buried here until those dastardly Monks of Ramsey stole his remains and took them to Ramsey . I personally can only accept this travesty because Canute himself said it was God's will and I quite liked Emma . There are some beautiful windows in this place and a rather magnificent Cross , it is a very cool place and quite picturesque . I see these Monks as true hero's preaching peace in very violent times perhaps we need a few more like them today . Canute and the wonderful Emma can be found at rest in Winchester Cathedral .

Lovely 600-year-old Church.
The vicar and curate are both wonderful warm, welcoming, enthusiastic and imaginative leaders.
Very active Mothers' Union branch.
Strong links with local schools and businesses makes the parish church a central hub in the community.
