Avoid at all costs they don't care for your horse mainly only care for your insurance and how much they can extract from it!!!, will quiet openly tell you how they have important clients and can't fit you in, even after diagnosing a chronic problem.......would never trust them again!!!
Just for your information most of these 5 star reviews are all from the staff themselves!!! Easy to check go on website check staff names check against reviews...very poor, shows how unprofessional this practice is!!

I experienced a disregard for equine welfare, very poor and slow communication with owners, and an inability to take feedback about either of these things. My horse entered the practice well, for a simple procedure, and left ill. An emergency vet from another practice had to resolve the damage done at additional cost. Would strongly not recommend.
Interestingly a lot of the positive reviews are written by people with the same names as team members listed on their website.

Absolutely fantastic vets. Knowledgeable and caring. They had to operate on our horse who then had to stay with them for three months in the hospital. He received outstanding care from the surgeons, interns, grooms and nurses. Luis and Pablo communicated regularly and without their dedication I am sure he wouldn't have recovered. Admin and accounts also fantastic.

My horse was treated here for colic when her gut had twisted and part of it had to be removed as it had died. She stayed for a while after operation and she never looked back, thanks to their excellence. I was very grateful as she was a super horse and my best pal. She lived another 16 years to the old age of 36. I cannot recommend their skills and care enough. Thank You.

Special thanks to Alex and Andrew for looking after us today. Really pleased with the service. The place was clean and tidy, with plenty of parking. Staff all polite, and helpful. Couldn't ask for better.

Would definitely recommend, the vets I have seen have both been fantastic and the receptionists are always helpful and polite
