The Vet Nottingham

I bought Shadow to The Vet and the dogs had spilled over to the cats waiting area. The staff were great as I said my cat was very ill and I wanted to reduce his stress. They let me sit in a seperate room. I had to have my six year old friend who I had bottle fed as a kitten put to sleep and the staff were really sensitive and great, as they had been with him mum a year before. I have always found them to be really sensitive and fantastic.

Excellent service as always. I've been using this vets for a number of years and by far the best I've used. Great opening hours that ensures I can get my cat seen without having a day off work. Vets are always welcoming and accommodating, they show genuine care for my cat

It's extremely important to me to have complete trust that my son & daughter's health and well-being is looked after and they always get the very best treatment also if they have to stay at the vets for any reason they r very well looked after for example my little girl betsy needed to have a very big operation as she got breast cancer she gets frightened being away from me and her brother but all the staff made sure she was calm an happy through out her stay, and I was kept well informed during her stay. I will always be extremely grateful to Jen one of the vets who preformed her operation an thankfully everything turned out to be completely successful an wen I picked her up I could tell she had been very well looked after. I would recommend The vet practice to anyone.

Always friendly and good with my dogs. When I have lost a dog or cat they have always been most caring and sympathetic.

Just took our 🐱🐈 for his first vaccine and worming treatments.
Vets has separate 🐱🐈 and dog area (which one dog owner was obviously ignorant of as he walked his dog around).
Vets receptionist busy,but were friendly and professional.
Lucy was the vet who treated our 🐱🐈 and just brilliant in the way she handled and treated 🐱🐈 with ease and professionalism.
Gave me some good advice and directions in relation to 🐱🐈 and taking care of him.
Price of treatment reasonable too.
Plenty of parking 🅿️

Upon trying to book an appointment I was told to go to another vet they arent interested in seeing me. They have enough customers to deal with.

I'd rate The Vet 5 stars, unfortunately my mum came last week with our very poorly cat Smudge who was also old too, after realising how poorly he was, we came to a decision to have him put to sleep, the vet was so helpful, kind & compassionate too. From sorting getting Smudge euthanized to getting him cremated, the vet was so supporting and made a real hard experience seem a lot more easier. They also said we had a 2 week wait for Smudges ashes to come back, it's been a week since Smudge got put sleep and we've got his ashes back already. Thank you so much.

Unfortunately my elderly cat was unwell and I had to rush her into The Vet after work. They were able to fit her in, and the care my cat received was excellent.

Sadly we had to put her to sleep, but both the vet and the vet nurse were absolutely the kindest, most understanding and caring people I've met in a vet practice. They made an awful situation bearable, and I have nothing but the highest praise for their care of not only my cat and but also my daughter and I.

I've had some poor experiences at other vet practices but The Vet has always been great with all my pets. The prices are low but the care is excellent, I highly recommend.
