Took my 3 year old and I have to say that I’ve seen a lot of negative comments which I can’t understand as we had a lovely time, my son loved seeing the Reindeer’s, that was the highlight for him.

It takes about 45 minutes to drive thru so I wouldn’t travel any great distance to visit it but we are local so it was only about a 15 minute drive for us. The lights and set up was lovely and the elf’s were happy, friendly and fun. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was that we didn’t actually get to meet Santa, he did come out of his cabin and give a little talk which wasn’t very long but the kids did get a toy.

All in all considering the price I’d say it is worth visiting if your local or happen to be near by.

Had a great afternoon here with our girls, 3 and 5 yrs old. Girls were beaming all the way round. Toilets were so clean, food was gorgeous, especially pigs in blankets and the chocolate melting pot! Staff were full of smiles and very helpful 😊 some waiting at the beginning of about 10 mins, but I had chocolate milk and a snack ready for that bit! xxx

Fabulous fun for the kiddies at the Reindeer Lodge, drive through a magical experience of light displays, light tunnels, Santa's village and work shop, very friendly elf staff along the way, Santa made an appearance from his log cabin and chatted to the kiddies, who received a present from an elf. Well worth a visit but make sure you enquire about the prices of hot chocolate drinks etc before you order.

I booked our tickets months in advance so got them a bit cheaper. It's good to do it once but we won't visit again. Some of the sound on the videos didn't work which was annoying. Lots of waiting around at each point. My son enjoyed it so that's the main thing.

We brought the kids here on Monday 5th December, the prices are by individuals within a car it cost us just over £50 for a family of 5, 3 adults and 2 children. The place os very well organised to prevent traffic build up. At the start you can wait to order food then are given the food just before you start the trail. We didn't order and food as we ate before coming to save on some money. We kept hearing about the drive thru hot chocolate, so we felt like we had to once we pulled up next to it. We ordered 4 hot chocolates, they came quickly with whipped cream and marshmallows, but to our surprise for 4 hot chocolates this cost us £20! We were devastated when they said, times are hard and it already cost us over £50 to be there in the first place. This price for hot chocolate is completely unjustified. £20 can go a long way for a family, wasting it on hot chocolate isn't one of them. So my advise would be to take some with you!

Other than the hot chocolate scandal, the rest of the evening was magical. Both kids had a fantastic time and were captivated by everything around them, they were interactive with. They loved it, so thank you for providing a magical experience for them. At least put your prices for the hot chocolates on the information/menu leaflet at the beginning. So families can be aware of those prices.

Absolutely amazing experience for the whole family. Staff were friendly, excitable and interactive especially with the children. The displays were extremely well designed from the village to the lights (which blew our mind).

My daughter (8) and brother (14) had such a great time, as did us two adults.

Highly recommend, thank you for a fun festive experience to get in the Christmas spirit!

(Also extremely Covid friendly which is great in today’s climate).

Christmas reindeer safari special Dec 2022! My little boy loved it and the organisation was really good. Food was tasty and easy to order with their website then brought to your car. The present from Santa at the end was better than last year. Well done Reindeer Lodge, see you next year! (With the pantomime and rides to return, hopefully!)

This was a really nice evening
The kids really enjoyed themselves and quickly became excited as they followed the story as you drive.
The lights and displays give a fantastic felling of Christmas and create a magical felling.
All the staff were friendly and made a big fuss of the kids that played a big part in creating the magical experience.
Despite it being busy you never have to wait long and where you do wait the is something to see or a story to follow.
There are toilets at the start and end of the drive
And places to order food
The hot choclate was very good.
Id Definitely recommend a visit.
