We watched the show and it was very informative. The birds on display were; Long eared Owl, Black and Red Kites, Kestrel and a Golden Eagle. They were flying in between the spectators, making for a wonderful sight. VFM.

Had the best owl experience with my 7 old year boy. I have got him into owls and I booked this on our recent Easter break. We had Emma for our owl flying experience and she was great with the owls and my son. We met and flew 3 different owls. The great grey owl being one of my boy's faves! He loved it's fluffy feet!

After the experience we watched the Hawk flying show and then looked at the other owls and birds of prey in the centre which is all included with your ticket.

You also get to go around the Botanic Garden too so extra bonus!

Do not miss out! Book now!

This was my second time here and the place doesn't disappoint.
Really enjoyed walking around the garden and seeing the bird of prey show.
Definitely will be here again.

My partner received the woodland walk experience as a birthday gift and I tagged along as a spectator. Included in the voucher was free entry to the botanic gardens, free access to a bird of prey display and also a woodland walk flying two birds. The display was fantastic and the birds seemed to be loving the activity (and we manager to find a few fallen feathers on the field - winner!).
The walk was facilitated by Simon, who was lovely, accomodating, knowledgeable and informative (also very generous with his time as I think we had a little longer than we should have!). The birds were beautiful, full of character and it was amazing to see them flying in their natural surroundings. Such an amazing experience and would definitely recommend.

We booked an owl experience for our daughter to celebrate her birthday. We enjoyed the botanical gardens and birds on display very much while we waited for our appointment.
Daughter got a chance to fly three owls. From small to quite large.
It was fabulous and an experience Milly will not forget.
Highly recommended!

We booked a private owl experience. What an experience we had!! We were led by our lovely falconer Alex who answered all of our questions about the owls and really ensured we had a great experience. We met and flew with three owls - Froddo, Alun and Ozzie all beautiful creatures. Alex ensured we flew the owls where my disabled mum could join us a a spectator so accessibility needs were catered for. We watched the display after which was really informative. We had an awesome experience and the whole team are so lovely.

The bonus is that the ticket includes entry to the botanical gardens which is so beautiful in its own right. Most of it is accessible via wheelchair although some of the forestry paths are a bit too bumpy. Really recommend a visit!

If you want a memorable and interactive Owl Encounter or bird of prey show then look no further. Worth every penny. Emma and Alex were very informative and clearly passionate about their birds and it rubs off on you.

Had an amazing experience, the wife bought me a private package where I met multiple birds of prey. All absolutely amazing and you can see the care and time put into these creatures, it seems they really love where they are! Boomerang welcomed us at the start and he was my fav!
