Having inherited a Victorian Credenza that was in a state of disrepair I wanted to make sure that when it was restored it was done so sympathetically and professionally. Andy did an amazing job on it and it now takes pride of place in my dining room. He also seemed to love his work and was a thoroughly nice bloke, he had to be to make me part with my hard earned cash. I couldn't recommend him enough and I would be more than happy to have him work on any piece that needed some love and attention.

Andy did a fantastic job of restoring an antique stool for me, which was of great sentimental value, carefully removing and cleaning some delicate embroidery, and fixing the joints perfectly.
I have also bought a number of beautifully finished chairs from him in the past and have found him to be very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Andy restored my wife's much treasured roll-top desk wonderfully after flooding. He also reconditioned our wood floors which are now a fantastic feature of our house. Top bloke and can't recommend him high enough.

Andy stripped and waxed 4 pine doors. Collected and delivered. Very efficient, friendly, and a fantastic job. We love these doors now they’ve been given a new lease of life. Highly recommend this lovely chap.

Overall a very negative and concerning experience

My father asked Andy to remove the paint off 4 interior doors. Initially, Andy did state that there is a chance that the doors bubble, because of the chemicals he uses. Originally, they also had a verbal agreement that the price would be £40.00 per door. Upon, getting the doors returned to us, he pre-warned us that one of the doors bubbled. Upon, returning all four doors, it turned out that the other three doors had incurred damage. Andy, was reluctant to admit that there was a problem, and insistent on getting fully paid, even though 3 doors were damaged and one was bubbled. He also was adamant that he charges £45.00 per door as oppose to £40.00 per door. He refused to take those doors back to repair, insisting that is an additional service at £100.00. In the end he only offered to 15% discount. Overall, we are very disappointed with the service that he has provided, and we are now left with 3 useless doors. For your sake, stay away, it not worth the hassle.

Exceptionally talented at what he does, i have never met a man like Andy who cares as much for his work as he does. if you are going to choose anyone to undertake any work for you please pick Andy.

Expertly restored our interior doors back to their former glory. Stripped away all the hideous old paint and sympathetically treated any knocks and blemishes. Superb job, highly skilled, great service
