Have always enjoyed this little café but today was a major disappointment. Overheated milk in hot chocolate and a huge slab of uncooked pastry on the sausage roll. Very poor!

I love the Barn shop. It sells interesting and unusual, retro and antique items. Today I bought a rusty metal Woodpecker tree ornament. As I said it sells something different. The cafe, once it opens again, is a real treat and the farm shop is always busy, that is a good sign for a recommendation. With fruit picking on the site too it is practically a day out in its own right!

Their food looks amazing. Fruit and veg are so fresh and good sizes and lots of variety in grocery too. ...but I got to say... I'm here for the cakes!! Their cake selection is very good and very tasty 😋
