Fantastic place, lots of items in stock. My visit was specifically to get a fireplace to try and return the character to my old property. Tim was most helpful, showed me several fires both already refurbished and awaiting refurbishment. Replacement was not straightforward as I didn’t want to take the marble surround out in case it damaged. This meant finding one to fit exactly - but Tim suggested cutting to size, which he did for me. Tim supported me with choosing tiles for the sides, giving advice on the period of the style. Tim came out to the property to measure, removed some remaining cast iron and suggested ways to ‘make good’ the fireplace before fitting. All in all I have a fantastic fireplace, which is exactly what I wanted - couldn’t have done it without Tim’s help. Highly recommended.

There is an incredible selection of rare Antique Fireplaces, incredible chairs, cabinets, sideboards and way more in an incredible location of the country. You will be truly amazed on what is on offer. Seeing is believing and needs to be checked out and snapped up while these are available for sale.

After checking their website to see what time they closed ( 5.30pm). We drove from Scarborough and arrived at the barn at 3pm to find the old man had closed the gates and wouldn't let us in. Be aware you might drive along way for nothing.

Don’t really care when you are open and when you are closed…. But if you say you’re “open” perhaps it would be polite to be “open”. It would also save mugs like me driving for an hour to look at your locked gate. Thanks!
