One West Point

The process of viewing the flat and moving in was smooth and seemless. The AWOL team were very helpful and welcoming. Bruce was was very nice when we did our first viewing and helpful through out the process. Ibrahim was specially welcoming when we were moving in and gave us a detailed explanation about the flat and was very supportive and enthusiastic to greet us, making us feel at home.

We could not view the flat personally when we came for the viewing, due to the hallway not being finished, but the team showed us sample flats with the same specs and a 3d model of our flat. I can confirm that the 3d model is a very precise representation of the real flat, and this shows high professionalism. The flat is really slick and modern with very good furnishing and decoration!

Very smooth and hassle free move in. Both Emil and Ivan went out of their way to make us feel more than welcome. Emil took the time to show us around our beautiful new apartment and Ivan was incredibly helpful by assisting us under his own initiative to move our many bags of luggage. Both very professional and an asset to AWOL!

My experience of moving into this building, managed by AWOL has been seamless. My agent Sam was very helpful throughout the whole process from sign up to move in and ensuring I have all the items needed in the fit out of the apartment. I have rented many time before all over the UK, but has been the best renting experience for me thus far.

Me and my partner moved in last week. They were so friendly! Kept offering us drinks and snacks during the move in process and helped us bring in our things. We got shown round the apartment and how everything worked - it was really comforting! While the house I was moving out of was stressful to leave, this was nice and easy to move in! A really fab team - looking forward to living here for quite some time!

The flat is extremely luxurious, I’m absolutely in love. One West Point is probably one of the best places to live in West London. The staff was absolutely amazing- they are incredibly helpful and friendly. I have to give a special shout out to ibrahim though- he was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He really went the extra mile every time to make sure our request was taken care of or questions were answered.

Have just moved in to OWP and can easily say that it is the nicest & most modern place I've ever lived! Super comfortable, fantastic view and a reasonable price given that it is brand new and close to London.... Very much looking forward to the whole complex being completed and being able to access the variety of amenities on offer!

Moving-in was straightforward and the team were very helpful. Both Harry & Jody have gone above & beyond in my opinion and are always quick to communicate if I have any queries!

Despite juggling undoubtedly hundreds of tenants, the process from the application stage to the moving in date has been seamless as a result of the hard work from the team involved.

The property itself has exceeded expectations and is finished to a high standard throughout (Both the flat and the building itself) whilst still remaining affordable.
