Small gym, no classes (while other buildings operated by the same company do have classes). Good concierge and well maintained communal space. Apartment is nice, however, there’s a crack in my balcony window and bathroom tile when I moved in. Their customer service is slow and making it a pain to get things fixed.

Nice new development that was completed in 2017 October. There are one, two and three bedroom apartments in this building which comes with an on site GYM, 24/7 Concierge service, secured cycle store, private podium garden and communal lounges.

very kind concierge, very good wifi at the lobby, and lots of apace at the lobby and also has a fun park and dog park 1 minute away.
