My last day at this property. Someone got stabbed and the blood on the floor was not even cleaned up. Pretty unsafe place.

Very bad place. Someone got killed during Christmas in the hallway, no one even cleaned the blood. Ridiculous and dangerous to be around there.

Very messy area, a lot of domestic fights and shouting outside. The cops have been visiting the property many times, supposedly for a murder/stabbing once. The area doesn't feel safe. The walls are thin too so if you get noisy neighbours you will hear everything. The area isn't clean either, trash is sometimes littered outside on the street, and I've heard rats crawling around inside the walls.
I'm counting down my last days here and can't wait to get out. Do yourself a favor and move somewhere else.

Stayed in a variety or the flats over the last two years prior to hospital appointments St Marks hospital which is less than ten minutes drive.
The flats are spotless, cosy and very reasonably priced. The owner of the flats , Sanjay, is extremely helpful and has ensured that my stays were as comfortable as possible.
I would highly recommend Sanjay if you require accomodation in the Harrow area.
However, the building itself, kap house, is also home to a variety of people and this unfortunately impacts on the overall atmosphere in a negative way. Music, comings and goings at unusual hours, loud conversations and general mess. This is an interesting place to stay and one for the more seasoned traveller.

Not recommended. Very unprofessional. DONT STAY HERE

This is the place where negligent and greedy RBKC send their vulnerable residents. The #RBKC temporary accomodation team hopes the people die here so they do not have to rehouse them. #crime

The most noisiest place I have ever lived. Fighting, screaming, loud music, lots of weed smell, always messy, solid stink and lots of robberies. I recently had my expensive cycle stolen which was just 9 days old. Once reported they found nothing on CCTV although lots of CCTV cameras all over the place. Either they are not in use or just for show. What matters is that you pay their rent on time if not you ll be charged for late payment. Also please read your tenancy agreement carefully. Sometimes you ll hear someone knock at 4am on your door. I regret living here and can't wait to get out of this mess I put myself into. Lots of better places elsewhere. No not even 1 star should be zero.
