Safe place to live, security system all around. New build apartments. Good location, 10-15 mins walk to local amenities.

1. Very expensive compared to the area.
2. Lift always broken/ out of use
3. Electrical outage on a weekly basis.
4. Discovered that some tenants were having cheaper rents having exactly the same flat.
5. Concierge might intrude your house without your consent.

Suitable for couple. The flats aren't as big as they appear in pics posted in ads. Council tax might be little higher than usual.

Lovely accommodation, secure and safe, however not a lot to do in the area.

Only 1 out of 2 lifts work, secure gate to carpark doesn't work and is always left open and BRNS who manage the property are under trained and con artists! (Quick tip.. if they ask money from you.. always query it. They said i owed £50+ in rent due to under payment. In fact, they owe me £30!). They also messed up my moving date, resulting in 2days of being homeless! (If they tell you they have a 100% success rate in getting people in on move day, they are out right lieing to you). Ended up losing £500+ due to having to pay for accommodation for them 2 days, 2 lots of movers fees and loss of income! Due to this issue, the top executive is going to deal with my case, but due to being on holiday and now having to self isolate for 2weeks because of said holiday, he is yet to look into it. I guess he cant afford a laptop and work from home, which is very strange for a top executive!! If you can... Avoid avoid avoid!!!
*I will update once resolved.
Update.. they settled with me financially. But since then, BRNS have tried forcing me to pay for a council tax bill that was in someone else's name! After several emails defending myself, a call to the council and a threatening tone of legal action on my behalf; they backed down and admitted fault.

We moved in to the property in October 2021 Everyone was nice and helpful. Although we’ve had several things break and still some things haven’t been fixed.

The gate was finally fixed yet it keeps breaking down, the other week when no one could get in or out and different points in the day, I couldn’t get to work. Lost a days pay, they are very quick to send a reminder for rent but not so quick to assist when tenants have lost money due to things not working.

Parking is still not being enforced people keep parking where they shouldn’t, unfair to those who can park.

Loss of earnings and still a flat that needs work done to it! Not worth the amount of rent that is due to be paid each month!

Lifts were always broken.
Car park gate was always broken (either stuck open, or closed!)
Horrible building manager who steals post.
Flat was reaching 38' when it was only 25' outside, not suitable for living.
