I was in urgent need of a one/two bed rental home in September 2020; the staff of Ashton Burkinshaw, Wendy and Debbie, gave professional friendly assistance and found me that home. Their expertise in property, areas and environment ensured the property met all my needs (quite an extensive list) and I was very happy with the residence and the personnel that continued to be on hand if needed.
I also want to thank Craig and Lauren who provided valuable help when renewing the lease.
Due to my personal circumstances I sadly had to leave the property in February 2022 and am now settled on an island.
My renting with Ashton Burkinshaw and for the first time, was an exceptional experience due to the excellent personnel at Wadhurst.

They took care of everything from finding the right tenants to making sure my property was legal and certificates were up to date. The service was outstanding even during the most stressful moments they were outstanding, We were guided and advised through the entire process by Wendy Clemens and her office team (Deb and Lauren) were wonderful, I would say that they were brilliant even when during the process there were moments where things needed to be done, they were done and on the day of the move, we were taken care of with sensitivity and professionalism. Also they are a great laugh too, a very friendly approach to what can be a long process. We give them a thumbs up and a well deserved five stars. Thanks guys!

Helpful people that help you overcome problems in renting properties . Wendy is particularly Helpful with overcoming problems they are lovely and helpful staff all need a pay rise .

I had to move urgently over the Christmas period which is added stress to a difficult situation. I had so many knock backs and hiccups with other estate agents it was so disheartening. After desperately trying to find a private landlord (which is near impossible) I found the perfect place registered with Ashton Burkinshaw in Wadhurst. Wendy, Debbie and Lauren have been so amazing in ensuring that I could move into this property and have this fresh start and Wendy has been an incredible support in getting me set up in my new home (I unfortunately didn’t get to meet Lauren or Debbie). They have been incredibly kind, professional and extremely helpful and without being too soppy I don’t think the team realise just how much they have helped me in my life! I honestly cannot recommend or thank them enough.
