Quartz Properties

I unfortunately had the experience of dealing with this company last year, the owner turned up had a look round and insisted I signed the contract immediately. My instinct told me not to and I did not, they are a terrible company, please do not use them.

One of the properties managed by Quartz located very close to where I live, has had broken windows for the last few months. The property looks in disrepair, there is a family living in that property. Appalling management service.

Wished there was a no star rating
Shocking and poor company to have any kind of dealings with.
Took 5 emails until I got a half respond. To which they then feed lies and no action was ever taken.
They don't take care of the properties which they let out. Rubbish everywhere overgrown in both front and rear gardens. I would advise anyone to save urself the bother and stay clear of this company.

They are very professional with qualified staff. Pay close attention to clients' priorities. Keep it up. Best wishes!
