I would highly recommend Let Me Properties.

I do not trust estate agents as they usually overcharge for doing as little work as possible but I rented a property through Let Me Properties and they were great throughout the whole process.

We had a few problems and they were fixed quickly. We had to cut our contract short and they found replacement tenants quickly.

Much better than the big name agents that do not care about the tenant once you have committed to a long term contract.

I've been using Let Me Properties since 2014, after experiencing poor customer service from another local St Albans agents when I first let my property. In that time LMP have found me three sets of really good tenants within less than two weeks from advertising, each time.
Greg works so hard to deliver exceptional service and his team are really professional and lovely to work with. I highly recommend them.

I would whole heartily recommend Let Me Properties for Landlord services. I have recently worked with Greg and his team on renovating a property and renting it out. The service has been quick, efficient with good communication throughout and good value for money. The property was renovated to a high standard and once complete was quickly put on the market and tenants found. Let Me Property managed the whole thing from end to end. Greg knows the property market, does things properly and doesn't cut corners. He takes pride in his work and strives for a happy customer. Looking forward to continuing working with him.

My experience with the agency was very good.
Due to covid situation, it wasn't possible for me to come back to England.
I could just give 12 days leaving notice for the flat i was staying in, instead 2 months agreed on my contract.

Let me property did help me out with this matter in very professional manner.

seeing how Greg and his team treat my partner and her friends whilst they were living in a property managed by him, whilst they were studying, was enough to make me see how unfair his tactics are when it comes to making an extra buck at the end of one’s tenancy.. therefor I’d be careful choosing letme, unless you can clean every last drop of dust from all the cracks the human eye doesn’t even see.

Cannot praise this agency highly enough. I have been a landlord living abroad for several years, I have had my house let through Let me for 3 years. Extremely, honest, professional and get things done!
Jane is absolutely fabulous, courteous and efficient in sorting repairs etc and Greg the owner/manager is easily accessible if you need to speak to him. A real personal service where you know them and they know you.
