We went through a lot of agencies while searching for a house, and none compared with Oak Tree. Jennifer and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful, always sent videos of potential properties, so there was limited to no wasted time, and once we found the right place to rent, they guided us through every step. Highly recommend!

Recently moved to Ealing with the help of the lovely staff of Oaktree. The whole process went smoothly, and they resolved all the initial teething problems that come with a new property quickly and efficiently.

Very happy with this agency. Living in London can be tricky , but the employees of Oaktree Agency are very professional and responsive , especially Jeniffer , George and Luca. I lived in their property for 1 year, and every time I had a problem with the flat, they were there to assist. I highly recommend.

Service was amazing and everything flowed smoothly.
Jennifer has been our contact and I must say that she was very supportive and always ready to answer any questions that we threw at her.

Please be careful when you work with this agency. When you want rent a property with them they are all professional and supportive respond quickly but when the time comes to get you deposit they take weeks and weeks to respond to your emails. it has been a month after I moved out from the property I rented through them and still I am waiting for my deposit (although the new tenant moved about three days after I moved out). I called and talked to Debbie today and she didn't let me finish my conversation and cut the line while I was talking. I am planning to formally complain about them if they don't pay my deposit by the end of today. I am so disappointed that I went to this agency. in my opinion you should either avoid them or put a line in your contract to avoid this delay in your deposit payment.

I have rented 1 bed basement flat from oak tree agency in Somerset house W4 5DA which was not well maintained property at all and mould everywhere and built by very cheap materials. Oak tree never took responsibility so, i always had disrepair issues to be honest. I gave my notice 2.5 months ago to Luca who is director of this agency because greedy landlord wanted increase rent price for this bad maintained property. After I move out Oak tree agency did not refund my deposit as they said they did not find next tenant for this bad property even they had many viewings for last 2.5 months. Luca visited to my old flat without my permission and tried to come inside when i was sleeping that was very unprofessional and scary moment I ever had. I am going to take them to court soon. BE CAREFUL THESE GREEDY PEOPLE!!

We have rented first time with this agency. As we have had previous experience renting with other agencies, I would say this is the best letting agency. 👌 Nice and responsive staff (Jennifer and Luca). They have a professional approach, and every issue we had was solved quickly. I would highly recommend this agency.
