Andrew Reeves Letting Agents Bromley

I rarely write reviews but wanted to share my experience as a landlord using the services of Andrew Reeves. In recent months I have been partnering with Alexia Turnbull in the Bromley office. Alexia has consistently delivered first class professionalism in overseeing the management of my property. Alexia and her team have been respectful, responsive, knowledgeable, courteous, patient, understanding, honest, and trustworthy. All in all good old fashioned customer service.

Thank you to Erman, Alexia, Alfie and Max for renting out my property. I could not have asked for a better experience. The whole team were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and reliable, keeping me updated regularly and offering sound advice at all times. I would not hesitate in recommending Andrew Reeves.

I popped in the store to see if they can help me with my current rental situation. Normally when your with another agency, staff are not helpfull. But Erman, went above and beyond to advice me. Even though it was just help. I will definately be returning to the branch for my next rental investment.

We just rented a property with Andrew Reeves. I am very pleased with their agents professionalism! From the start to the end, they behave in a very professional manner, they offered us the best services and support when we had questions. Since we agreed on the price and the starting date, the process was very smooth, easy and not stressful. And like an IT professional, I am very happy to see an agency that created everything online: reference, deposit and rent online payments, contract signing and management portal. The only "issue" (but they just started the online process) is with their portal, being a little slow, but I'm sure they can fix it in time.

I felt at ease the minute I met with Erman (the branch Manager). He was able to give good, sound advice, and I felt I trusted him to find me the right tenants. Plus we had a giggle along the way! I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew Reeves as a company!

If you're looking for a great estate agency don't hesitate, Andrew Reeves is one of the best estate agencies I tried. Everyone there is really kind and helpful. I was in a very tough situation on the period I moved to the UK and no other estate agencies wanted to give real help or provide at least guidance. Andrew Reeves will let you know everytime when there's something new, or something that may suit your needs instead of forgeting you, the process is fun & promising.

In particular Max was the one who helped us find an appartment that ticked all of our needs and helped us secure it. Max and the team were prompt, professional, trustworthy, transparent and helpful.
