Alexander Philips and Paige in particular have been the best and most helpful and responsive agency I've ever dealt with.

I rented through them at the same property for just over year and there have been a few problems throughout but both the landlord and Alexander Phillips were always been extremely quick to respond and resolve the matters, and keep me informed.

I would recommend them without the slightest bit of hesitation, they've always been there for me, from viewing all the way through to receiving my deposit back! Definitely a 5* company!!!

Paige was a pleasure to deal with in helping us secure our new home. She was proactive and professional at all times. Paige was very supportive throughout the process of us getting to rent our lovely flat haven just moved into West Sussex. She has also been just a call or Mail away in helping us settle in, addressing any concerns we have very swiftly.

Moved in 2 weeks ago. Paige has been on it when getting back to me with queries etc. The rest of the team were also really approachable and down to Earth when I went to sort the paperwork. Flat has some small refurbs to be done - but a handyman is already on the case, tiny bit expensive but the rooms are spacious and location is great. Highly recommend.
