We originally joined Concentric Lettings because of the knowledge and experience they had to offer, and also the promise of continued support and extra training needed. Where other Franchises fall short in these areas Concentric deliver, with their whole team always available to help with any situation that may arise.
On top of the daily support special days are held periodically where all the Franchisees and Management get together in a relaxed but structured atmosphere to discuss any new developments or legal updates to ensure a continuity in our understanding and training. Everyone has a chance to share their knowledge and achievements to help us all move forward as a company supporting each other in every aspect of the business.
Throughout the day we are provided with excellent refeshments held in a wonderful setting, then after all the training and marketing strategies we were treated to a superb meal and some fun as the Concentric Management showed their appreciation of the Franchisees efforts by holding an awards ceremony to highlight everyone's achievements throughout the year.

The whole team at head office offers a constant line of support regardless of the requirements of the franchisee, this coincides with a well structured business plan to help achieve the goals set by the franchisee (Steven latham, Liverpool branch)

Concentric Lettings Franchisor are truly supportive, give positive direction, all of the staff from MD to Property Management Team are very eager to help, share their 20 year+ experience and their creative ideas. It very much is our own business but we never feel like we are alone through the ups and downs of letting!

In 2018 I lived in a property, rented through concentric Lettings in Coventry and Concentric Property Management Hub were responsible for the maintenance. For three months I had to put up with water leaking through the property ceiling. This was due to their inept handling of the problem. Their communications were very poor, and I was left with my belongings damaged, a terrible smell throughout the property and resulting breathing problems.

When I complained at the slowness of their response Concentric would not accept that they could have done anything differently. However, I complained to The Property Ombudsman (TPO). They agreed with me and concluded that Concentric did not respond promptly and appropriately to my reasonable communications regarding the maintenance issues. Concentric were found in breach of TPO Code of Practice, and I was awarded with compensation.

My advice is that Concentric are not the worst, but they certainly have some way to go before they could say they were anywhere near the best.
